Manage DMP user groups

DMP user groups allow you to control which of your DMP users can access each Aware deployment. For more information, see DMP user groups.

Task — Create or edit a DMP user group

  1. Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
  2. Open the main menu menu button and select Users.
  3. Choose User groups.
  4. To add a new user group, click Add deployment button and enter a name.
  5. To make a user group visible to any sub-organizations, select User group visible to all sub organizations.
    1. If enabled, the user group can be granted access to deployments in those sub-organizations.
  6. To add or remove a user, choose the required group and select or deselect their checkbox.
  7. Choose Done to save your changes.

Task — Delete a user group

  1. Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
  2. Open the main menu menu button and select Users.
  3. Choose User groups.
  4. Select the required user group and click delete button Delete.

Task — Directly add or remove a user from a DMP user group

  1. Go to dmp.alta.avigilon.com and log in.
  2. Open the main menu menu button and select Users.
  3. Select the required user and open their User settings.
  4. In the User groups drop-down, select any required user groups or click remove user group button to remove a user group.
  5. Choose Done to save your changes.
