How to: Link your site maps and add extra information markers

From Map view, link your maps together, and add the locations of important equipment (for example, fire extinguishers and fire exits).

Prerequisites

Ensure you have uploaded your site maps, and that the maps are linked to the correct site. See How to: Upload site maps to Map view.

Task — Link your site maps and add additional information

1. Choose Tools > Map view.
2. Toggle Map view into edit mode:
3. Expand Maps.
4. Select the map to update with camera icons.
5. Expand Extra information.
6. Drag onto the map, and drop it at the point that you want to link to another map.
7. Select the linked map.
8. Add other items of interest by selecting the relevant icons from Extra information and dragging to the relevant position on the map.
9. Repeat for other links or information types as needed.
