How to: Find camera information

To find the Alta Key, serial number, or other information (for example, the model of device, its firmware version, IP or MAC address) for a camera without having to remove the device cover, or to remove the device itself from its installed position, use the Devices tool.

Devices . - Select the camera of interest.

Detailed information . - Note the information of interest.

Data management .
From this area, you can see the configured retention period, when the oldest recording was made, as well as statistics about the total storage and the storage used for interesting and uninteresting events.
